Q. EmFTP does not show hidden files or files that begin with a period(.).

Uncheck Do Not Show Hidden Files and Folders (Local) check box, Hide Protected Operating System Files and Folders (Local) check box, and/or Do Not Show Files and Folder Beginning with a Period (Server) check box on the View tab of Customize dialog box.
