Q. When I open a server file with EmEditor and save the changes, the changes are not reflected in the server.

If the Use Recycle Bin to Backup check box (Backup tab) is checked in EmEditor Configuration Properties, a file will not be uploaded automatically to the server even if the file is modified and saved with EmEditor.

If the Open command is used instead of the EmEditor command to open a server text file, a prompt message may appear before reflecting the changes.
